We currently accept UK bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Card checkout is coming as soon as our specialist Payment Service Provider goes live — here's exactly how the process works in the meantime, so there are no surprises after you order.
Mainstream processors like Stripe and PayPal classify research peptides as a restricted category and don't onboard merchants in this space. We're in the process of integrating a specialist PSP that does support research compounds — until that's live, bank transfer and crypto are the only methods we can offer transparently and within the rules. Your order, your data and your funds are handled by Peptidal Ltd directly, a UK-registered company (No. 16666664).
The order process, step by step

Place your order
Add products to your cart and complete checkout as normal. You'll enter your shipping details and choose between Bank Transfer (GBP) or Cryptocurrency. No card details are taken — payment happens manually after the order is placed.

Receive payment instructions
Immediately after placing your order you'll receive an order confirmation email with full payment instructions: our UK bank account details for bank transfer, or a crypto wallet address (BTC, ETH, USDT and others) with the exact amount due. Your order is held in 'awaiting payment' status until funds are received.

Send your payment
Send the exact total shown on your order. For bank transfer, use your order number as the payment reference. For crypto, send the exact amount in the requested coin to the address provided. Once sent, reply to your confirmation email with the transaction reference or TX hash so we can match it to your order quickly.

We confirm receipt
Bank transfers usually clear within a few hours on weekdays (Faster Payments). Crypto is normally confirmed within 10–30 minutes once it reaches the required network confirmations. As soon as funds land we mark your order as paid and send a payment confirmation email.

Order packed & dispatched
Paid orders are packed the same or next working day and shipped via tracked Royal Mail in discreet, unbranded packaging. You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day typically ship that same day.

Why don't you accept card payments yet?

We're actively onboarding a specialist Payment Service Provider (PSP) that supports research compounds, and card checkout will be added as soon as that goes live. Until then, bank transfer and crypto are the only methods that allow us to operate transparently and within the rules.
Is bank transfer safe?
Yes. You're paying a UK-registered limited company (Peptidal Ltd, Company No. 16666664) into a UK business bank account. Faster Payments are protected by your bank and traceable end-to-end. Always use the bank details shown on your order confirmation email — we will never message you separately with different account details.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20) and several other major coins. The accepted list and live conversion rate are shown on your order confirmation email. The amount is locked to GBP, so please send the exact crypto amount we quote.
What happens if I don't pay?
Unpaid orders are held for 7 days and then automatically cancelled. Stock is released back to the catalogue. You can re-order at any time. We never charge or chase you — no payment simply means no dispatch.
What if I send the wrong amount or it doesn't arrive?
Email support@peptidal.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it. Underpayments can be topped up; overpayments are refunded to the same account/wallet. If a crypto transaction is stuck, send us the TX hash and we'll track it on-chain with you.
When can I expect my order?
Once payment is confirmed, UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days via tracked Royal Mail. You'll have a tracking number from the moment we dispatch.
